We offer EVEN exchanges only in the same category. Products of lesser value will be considered an even exchange. Exchanges have to be within 7 days upon receiving your purchase. No Refunds. 

If you are requesting an item which exceeds your original order we will be invoicing you the difference via email. We only offer ONE even exchange per order. 

Please refer to the sizing chart when placing your order to ensure you receive the correct size.

All international order will be subject to a $19 fee for international DHL shipping. We are not responsible for international custom fees.

We simply ask that when you receive an order, you try it on OVER panties or undergarments. We are unable to accept worn items for hygienic reasons. Items worn for longer than 5-10 minutes are considered worn and cannot be exchanged.

Defective items MUST be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter... If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.



Exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspection at our warehouse personnel. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure these requirements:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Unwashed
  • All tags attached
  • No smells other than natural product orders
  • No animal or pet hair
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items with latex
  • Original packaging
  • Within 7 days of the date, you received your initial purchase


Every order MUST be accompanied by a written letter explaini ngthe problem. Please include full name address and order number. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given an exchange.

Defective Products

Any defective item will be replaced with an identical working item, or can be exchanged for store credit to select an alternate item if we do not have a working replacement item in stock. Shipping charges are waived on any replacement items.

Defective toys and apparel

Defective toys and intimate apparel will be replaced with identical working items, or can be exchanged for store credit if we do not have a replacement in stock. To protect the health of our employees and our customers, we do not accept returns of any toys or intimate apparel. Please contact customer service within 7 days of purchase to start the replacement process.

Incorrect Item Shipped

Our shipping department does an excellent job shipping the correct items to our customers, but with over 80,000, some mistakes can occur!

If there is a mistake in the item shipped to you, please let us know so we can replace it for you. Before sending any item back to Romance Boutique Secrets within 7 days of purchase to start the exchange process.



Incorrect Size Ordered

We will replace apparel with an alternate size if the apparel has not been worn, and is still in a sellable state. To protect the health of our employees and customers, we cannot exchange toys or intimate apparel (such as lingerie, thongs, massagers, etc.) It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct size adult apparel.

Content Dissatisfaction

Individual tastes and interests vary, which makes it difficult for Romance Boutique Secrets to ensure your personal satisfaction with the content of the titles you select. We endeavor to provide complete and accurate information on the website about each title we carry, including the cover and back images, and information from the studio.

If you believe that the information on the website misrepresents the title you purchased, we would like to know about it. We will happily update the information on our website and provide an exchange for an alternate title.


Change of Mind

Romance Boutique Secrets  sales are final. Items purchased, once opened, may not be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.

Before sending any defective item back to Romance Boutique Secrets please contact Customer Service within 7 days of purchase to start the exchange process. The exchange process must be started within 7 days of the original purchase.

Store Credit

All store credit expires after 1 year of no purchase activity.
