Not every body fits perfectly into one traditional faja size.

Our Reloj de Arena™ Semi-Custom Fajas are designed for women whose waist and hip measurements fall into different size ranges.

Instead of selecting one size for the entire garment, the Reloj de Arena™ sizing system allows you to select:

One size for your waist + one size for your hips.

This creates a more personalized hourglass fit while allowing the garment to better accommodate your natural proportions.

IS RELOJ DE ARENA™ RIGHT FOR YOU?

A Reloj de Arena™ semi-custom faja may be a better option if:

• Your waist is significantly smaller than your hips
• A traditional faja fits your waist but feels too tight through your hips or buttocks
• A traditional faja fits your hips but leaves extra room around your waist
• You have pronounced hourglass proportions
• You frequently struggle to find one faja size that fits both your waist and hips correctly

If your waist and hips fit comfortably into the same traditional faja size, our Classic Colombian Faja sizing may be all you need.

HOW RELOJ DE ARENA™ SIZING WORKS

Your Reloj de Arena™ size is determined using two measurements:

1. Natural Waist
Measure around the smallest part of your natural waist with your stomach relaxed.

2. Full Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

Use your measurements to determine your waist size and your hip size separately.

Then combine the two.

EXAMPLE

If your waist measurement corresponds to:

3XS

and your hip measurement corresponds to:

M

your Reloj de Arena™ size would be:

3XS / M

The first size represents your waist.
The second size represents your hips.

CLASSIC FAJA VS. RELOJ DE ARENA™

CLASSIC COLOMBIAN FAJA

For most classic Colombian fajas, your natural waist measurement is the primary measurement used to select your size.

For most customers, if the waist fits correctly, the garment will accommodate the hips appropriately.

RELOJ DE ARENA™ SEMI-CUSTOM FAJA

Reloj de Arena™ is different.

If your waist and hips require different sizes, the semi-custom system allows us to accommodate both measurements rather than forcing your proportions into one standard size.

This can create a more defined, comfortable and personalized hourglass fit.

IMPORTANT FIT INFORMATION

Your regular clothing size is not your Reloj de Arena™ size.

Always use your current body measurements when selecting your combination.

Do not intentionally choose a smaller waist size simply to achieve stronger compression. The correct fit should feel firm and supportive while still allowing you to breathe and move comfortably.

If your measurements fall between sizes or you are unsure which combination is best, contact our team before ordering.

POST-OP CUSTOMERS

If you are purchasing a faja following a cosmetic or surgical procedure, your sizing needs may be different due to swelling, inflammation and changes in your measurements throughout recovery.

Please use our dedicated Post-Op Faja Guide rather than relying on standard shapewear sizing alone.

Always follow the recommendations of your surgeon or qualified healthcare provider regarding post-operative compression.
